This is Ally the coffee loving dumpster fire.
She’s part of the dumpster fire series of characters, representing difficulty with emotional regulation. Mentally unstable coffee lovers everywhere know that coffee provides joy and a reason to live, while also making the dumpster fire burn a bit brighter. The short term effects are absolute joy (especially in the fall when pumpkin spice abounds, or even Christmas when peppermint mocha’s are available), and the caffeine is absolutely needed to get through the day, but the caffeine can also wreak havoc on mental health, especially if you have anxiety issues like I do. And yet, despite knowing that caffeine and anxiety don’t mix well, you will find devoted coffee lovers just not getting an eff because COFFEE!!!
Ally is here to tell you that it’s ok to be a dumpster fire and love your coffee. The coffee might make things a little worse, but it’s bound to be a sh*t show regardless so we might as well drink some joy and will to live.
